  Numerous times they've closed 15 minutes early and now they aren't even open on a Saturday even though they are supposed to be. Their online banking is awful. Except items to appear and disappear and show up days later. Do not recommend.

  Racist workers who will treat you like trash! They will tell lies to you just so you do not pursue further options. They treat non Americans poorly and are not willing to help unless you demand to speak with a supervisor. They take advantage through misinformation and will get frustrated because of differences of opinion. I dont think they realize that the customer should be treated fairly. Unfortunately, my skin color is not the same as their ignorant tellers so they assume we are less intelligent and less knowledgeable about rules and laws regarding US banking. If you are a minority, I HIGHLY recommend finding another institution to bank with

  Worst customer service I have ever came in contact with. The Branch Manager was rude and condescending. They would not correct fees that were charged on the lack of their own customer service. I would recommend never doing business here, and if you have an account here, I would recommend you move it to somewhere that will care about your business.

  Haven't experienced any bad customer service here so far. Setting up an account was easy. When I had questions they got answered and explained in detail.

  I am outrageously unimpressed with how unprofessional the branch manager at this location is. She will not back account terms, and refuses to make an attempt to maintain your business. I am closing my account and taking my business elsewhere.

  I have had nothing but good service with Commerce Bank. I dont know where all the negative reviews are coming from. Just thought I would set the record straight.

  This "LADY" called Shannon should be fired !!! She's the rudest woman in this bank, disrespectful and garbage. I wounder why is she still working as a banker? She belongs to walmart, or and dollar general spots !!

  Loved that this branch is open on Saturdays and I didn't have to bother a teller when I had over $80 in change to cash in
