  I was in and out of this branch with a resolution that exceeded my expectations within 3 minutes of entering. Great customer service and excellent expertise in navigating banking systems even outside of the Schwab infrastructure (intrabank transactions and 401k regulatory insights). This reminded me why I bank with Schwab for my most important accounts.

  I've been banking with Charles Schwab for years and have always been impressed with their superior level of customer service. I've never had to go into a branch location because they've always resolved my issues over the phone/via their website chat service. This year, I encountered a roadblock with my 2016 tax return and wanted to go into the office to fill out the necessary forms and ask for assistance when necessary. The personnel at the front desk was beyond helpful and basically filled out my paperwork for me (I was totally lost). Banking with Charles Schwab has been an absolute dream--I cannot recommend them enough.

  Moved assets from Morgan Stanley, left a message for my advisor to call me on Monday and never heard back. It’s now Friday and I’ve left multiple messages for the branch manager to call me back and I’ve still not heard anything. When I call the branch it now just rolls over to a national line service center who can’t answer any questions. Simply unacceptable!!!

  Excellent customer service! I always get a knowledgeable and friendly person when I call the 1-800 number or when I go into the offices. We will never use another bank!
