  Accept helped us land our dream house. Though it took a bit to get them to communicate as much as we needed, but once I told them I needed more communication they worked to adjust! They helped us get occupancy to our house when our closing got pushed back last minute. Then when their title company, Modern Closing, sent our home owners insurance check to the wrong company and for the wrong amount, Accept worked to ensure our actual insurance company got the check immediately!   My wife and I worked with Brett, Tamara, and the rest of the crew at Board on the purchase of a new home at the suggestion of our Realtor.
