  Fantastic experience with Cherry Creek, great service and quick response to all of our questions (and we had a lot as first-time home buyers). I emailed Dave and he immediately set up a face to face meeting at his office in Denver. During the meeting, in under an hour we had all of our questions answered and we were prequalified. We just closed on our house and our closer from the title company kept on praising them as a great lender to work with, all of the paperwork always in order. We found Dave Cook and his team through Google Reviews and Yelp and we can confirm that our experience with them was just as smooth and personable.

  Dave and his team were more than helpful, extremely communicative and friendly. I came to Dave not knowing whether I could afford a home. He worked his magic and 3 weeks later I closed on my beautiful urban dream home❤️ The team was informed, efficient and knowledgeable.   We bought our first house in Denver in late 2018, and chose Cherry Creek Mortgage based largely on online reviews and their reputation among realtors. Dave, Jonathan and the team at Cherry Creek Mortgage did a great job of helping us through the lending process. They are knowledgeable, patient and worked hard to make sure that we were comfortable with the final product. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, reliable lender in the Denver area.

  In the process of building our new home, I was most anxious about obtaining a mortgage. After being dismissed by many since we are self-employed, Dave confidently found a lender that worked for our particular situation and even at a better rate! Turns out the mortgage was the easiest part of the process thanks to Dave and Molly and the team. I knew after one conversation I was in good hands and with weekly updates and quick answer to emails, it was a stress free closing. There is no reason to look elsewhere.   Dave was so amazing, I had already referred him to a friend of mine BEFORE I even closed on my house! Molly is always a great attribute to his team. As an attorney, I tend to ask a lot of questions. All of which Dave was happy and forthcoming about answering. Dave was always prompt and helped me make informed decisions about which loan to get. My previous mortgage was also with Cherry Creek and Dave was by far the better of the two lenders.

  The LEAST stressful part of my home buying experience was working with the lender, Cherry Creek Mortgage. Go figure! Dave and his team are excellent communicators and very professional. He was part of the reason my offer was accepted. The seller's agent had worked with him in the past and also had a very good experience. In this market, you have to be prepared before you start your search. It matters to both parties that you work with a local,reputable lender so there is confidence the transaction goes smoothly. Start organizing your paperwork and contact them. They will lead you through the process step by step and quickly. You'll be packing before you know it!
