  Ghassan was fantastic to work with. We had a very fast closing and he got everything taken care of ahead of time. My situation certainly wasn't normal and he handled everything easily while taking time to help me with anything I didn't understand. He was there every time I called and took time out of his weekends to spend time on the phone with me. I am very happy he was recommended to me and would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a mortgage.

  Ghassan did an excellent job working with us on our first mortgage together! He was almost always available, and answered back quickly when he was not. He also helped us refinance our home six months later, saving us almost $200 per month in payments! Highly recommended!

  I have worked with Ghassan on 3 separate houses and numerous refinances. He is by far the quickest and most responsive mortgage agent that I have worked with. Every experience has been as smooth as you could ever ask, and to close these loans in the short timeframe that he gets it done is awesome. I made the mistake of going to my credit union a couple of years ago for a Refi, and after 4 months, and one party not talking to the next, I realized the value that you get with Ghassan and his team.   I cannot thank Ghassan and his team enough for the wonderful job they did with our refinance. It was a refinance of an income property and so wasn’t as simple as our previous refinance. Nonetheless, he was so efficient, clear in what was required of us, and timely in getting everything done. We will use him again and recommend him to anyone.

  I have used Ghassan for a number of home purchases in both CO and CA and he has been fantastic on all. The process goes extremely fast (this time we were ready before the seller was so able to move the date up) because he has the history and knowledge to ask for needed documents upfront, thus eliminating the need to go back and forth frequently. I have recommended him to friends and feel comfortable continuing to do so.
