  Showed up yesterday, Thursday, at 945am to a locked door and nobody there. The sign on the door says they open at 9am. Google says they open at 9am. I called the "after hours" phone number listed on the door and that person said they're supposed to be open too. I finally left at 1010am. Reading other reviews, my experience wasn't an exception. Don't waste your time at this place. They may as well take the sign down.

  They're never open and never respond to calls or online messages to schedule appointments. Going to switch banks if the only local bank can't help me out for something that needs to be done in person.

  Came Monday around 4:30pm. Waited over an hour then left because I was not being helped. The gentleman ran out and said they don’t do Saturday appointments because they stay open till 7 or 8 regularly. Today I gave him another shot and came at 4:30pm again. Walk up to the door, and it’s locked and has a sign saying they’re closed.

  Came to the branch at 1.30pm on Friday, door closed lights off. I called to make an appointment, went to voicemail. Very frustrating.
