  I will say when I spoke with Andrew, he was impressive. He is very educated and you can tell he knows his stuff. My husband and I was very eager to work with him. But someone in that office does not follow through. The staff would schedule a video/call appointment and no one would show. I called the office twice and a company answering service would answer and take a message. I would express to them I had done this before and no one would ever call back. They stated they would put it in the notes. I tried to schedule an appointment online to speak with Andrew and the system was down stating call the office .I even tried email and no response!! It is now July and I still have not received a call back. I hate to give him this bad review, but he may need to look into better systems so people will not fall to the waste side.

  I've been pretty loyal to this company for years, because the tax prep had been outstanding. However, for the last two years, the services have left me very upset with regard to responsiveness. For 2019/ 2020 I made several calls over time to get my returns. This year I've been trying to reach someone/the office for months, to no avail. I hate to take my business elsewhere, but I can't use this company in the future, as it no longer puts my mind at ease.

  I was referred to Andrew/Tag Taxes by a friend and I was extremely pleased with the outcome! I normally do my taxes by myself every year but he was able to get me back much more! He was exceptionally helpful in answering all of my questions and making sure I understood everything. Very detailed and made sure I was comfortable with everything before submitting. His hours are very flexible and he was available to speak with anytime throughout the day. I was rather surprised at how very quick the turn around time was from the time he received my documents until the time he submitted them!! His prices are affordable and I would highly recommend him doing your taxes! I will honestly use him from now on and hope you do too!!

  It is hard to accurately describe how happy I am after my first appointment with Andrew. He is very knowledgeable and clearly passionate about his field. I just started a business and was overwhelmed with taxes. He made the process super easy and honestly an enjoyable experience. If you need help with your taxes, just call him, he is the best.

  I received a letter from the state requesting more documents in regards to my return. If you've ever received a letter in regards to your taxes you know how nerve wracking that can be. As soon I received the letter I reached out to Andrew at TAG taxes and took care of the rest. He collected the documents they were requesting and assisted me with responding to the state as well as making himself available for any questions that I may have. After all was said and done, turns out there was a mistake on the part for the state and I ended up receiving another refund! If you're looking for someone to assist you in filing your taxes - look no further! TAG Taxes is the place to go to!

  If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Tag Taxes LLC has helped me not only during tax season but all year long. I've trusted Andrew Adams of Tag Taxes LLC with my business and personal taxes since 2005 when I started my family. I've recommended his services to countless family members and friends due to his consistency. We are all very pleased with his knowledge of current tax laws, rules and regulations. Mr Adams is a professional with great integrity and always does his best to solve any of my tax needs. I started using his services when I was in the Army, stationed in Maryland. I've since moved from D.C. to New York, Florida and currently in Georgia where I still employ Mr Adams specialty.   Andrew is always professional, courtesy and friendly. He's very knowledgeable of the tax laws and honest!!! He values his customers and he makes sure that each customers gets the right amount of attention needed and takes the time to make sure we understand what is going on as well. He's very responsive when you need to contact him and he's always open to answer any questions or concerns that you have.

  This is a GREAT COMPANY!!! The services provided to me were more than what I could ask for. I worked with Andrew and he is very knowledgeable of his job and was even able to help me with future plans for filing my taxes.
