  Kevin and Katie were both very knowledgeable, prompt, up-front and honest, and friendly. They were able to get us better rates and up-front money savings than 2 other companies that we were looking into. They called and followed up quickly on everything, without it seeming like they were trying to just make a sale. They genuinely care about the work that they do. I'd heavily recommend them if you have any mortgage needs (new or refinance). I'll use them again in the future!

  Eugene was an excellent communicator and was able to immediately respond to any emails/texts/calls that I had related to the refinance process. He made himself available after business hours and even on the weekends if necessary and was always transparent with the numbers and how they were calculated. The overall process provided by Fairway Mortgage was straightforward and easy and the tools that they provided for a pure electronic signature process and document submission were very helpful especially during the pandemic. I highly recommend using them for anyone considering any mortgage services!

  I initially didn't plan to work with Kevin due to a miscommunication. I relayed that message to him and Kevin's sincerity is what made me change course. Kevin took the time to discuss my options and gave me a "why" on every scenario. In this business, a lot of officers try to force a product on the consumer rather than have their best interest.
