  My wife and I went to ESC Bowie location to speak to a representative about a fraudulent charge on our account. We were greeted by the receptionist Ms. D. P. She assisted us in resolving our concern. She pulled up our account and it showed the fraudulent claim was already credit to the account. She recommended that we delete the credit cards and have new ones issued. Also, we inquired about On-line Banking and she assisted us in setting up on-line banking on two cell phones. Ms. D. P. was very knowledgeable, cordial, and patient in assisting us. We were very appreciative in having her assist us. She is an exemplary employee.

  I had the most pleasant experience at the bowie branch. My teller was engaging, professional, and very knowledgeable with the transactions I had to execute. I appreciate excellent customer service and look forward to using this location again. As a long standing client it matters. Thank you tford!

  Over the last two months I lost both parents. Alex from the Bowie Branch assisted me for two days. He took time helping me during a difficult time. His professionalism exceeded my expectations. In addition, I noticed every customer that enter the Credit union was greeted and thanked. Outstanding job keep up the great work! Karl

  The help I recieved today from the lady who sat at the front of ese, Bowie, Md was appreciared. She was patient, help and sincere. Her professionalism was pleasing. She greeted each customer that came through the door even while she was helping me. I noticed. Her customer servixe is 5 stars!

  I’m came in to address an issue with an incorrect credit which was posted as a debit. The representative (Jackie I think was her name) was so helpful she phoned the correct people and got the funds corrected in minutes!

  Lucy was very nice and helpful with my transactions. This bank knows how to take care of their customers. You get a friendly welcome and they accommodate you any way they can.

  I came into the branch with two pending situations and needed competent assistance. Unsure of what to expect, I was pleasantly surprised by the awesome service I received by Ms. Dora Ben-Carew. Dora is efficient, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. She gives service with a smile. I am proud to be a member of this credit union and am happy that my local branch feels the same. Please do what you can to hold on to employees like Dora.

  WOW! WOW! What a great experience I had at ESFCU! When I came in Friday, I was greeted by Nr. Alex who is the Branch Manger with a beautiful smile( You could see it through his mask) Ms. Phillips, took care of my banking essentials that I couldn't take care of during the high peak of COVID! She has a professional tone of making sure everything on your list is taken care of. Thanks so much!
