  Staff there is always attentive and they make sure that your questions are answered and your needs are met. I have used Schwab for more than 30 years for various investment instruments and have always been pleased with their service and products. This office is convenient to my home and office and they are very professional.

  Made an appointment with an associate named Pardes here in June. Asked for a proposal/recommendation for asset allocation and possible future 401K rollover but never heard anything back from them. Always heard great things about Schwab Cust service, so not sure if I was an outlier.

  Made a call to this bank on a Tuesday early afternoon. The receiver sounded like he just wanted to go to sleep. Without much information given, he directed me to do whatever I asked online.
