      Received a call from "Steve". Said he was my new account rep from the Portsmouth NH Office Talked so long never got his phone number nor did I get his last name. What is going on with this operation-no local phone number or email address, no account rep listed on my statement with phone number, . Not a great start.

      What a terrible man. Charles Riopel was completely rude to my elderly mother who was following the directions the Schwab operator gave her because he said “This isn’t even my job.” He proceeded to blame me and her for the next 15 minutes by belittling us both for the ‘20 year old phone tech’ mistakes made previously by his own company. A word of advice to anyone who becomes as salty as he is- find a new job if it’s making you that miserable and try not to make other’s miserable.
