  I was referred to Chanel Mortgage by an acquaintance and it was the best thing. The staff is extremely helpful and very friendly. They work with you through every step even on the day of closing. They are easy to get in touch with and communicate effectively every time. Chris and Conrad are amazing, they always answered my calls and all the questions I had even though I would constantly call all the time. I am happy I chose Chanel Mortgage because it was worth it.   Omg Jennifer and Conrad are the best! They work with you to get you WHAT YOU WANT and they help explain everything and make sure you are getting the best deals. Not only did they help me refinance a property from my mother's name into mines only, they helped me refinance for a lower mortgage rate as well. I am forever thankful for them. As a first time investment property buyer, I highly recommend them. They are the best! A++++

  Honestly, Conrad and the entire Channel Mortgage family were spectacular. My partner and I came to Channel Mortgage after receiving the run around from a different company that stalled us for months with no real progress or available loan product. Conrad walked me through loan products, changes in our application, little resources for down payment and closing costs. Prakash worked on the second portion of our loan from collecting documents to appraisal. Great mannerisms, but I found myself calling to ensure our process was moving along in a timely fashion. Conrad didn’t mind work with my partner and I after business hours, due to my hectic job schedule, and he managed to get us a great conventional loan with a low interest rate and low monthly mortgage payment. If you’re serious about homeownership I couldn’t imagine you going someplace else.

  My mother and I had the pleasure of working with Channel Mortgage thanks to a referral from our realtor. Conrad and his team made the entire process of securing a loan very easy and pain free. They were professional, respectful, communicated well and also listened. Initially we worked with other companies that didn’t prioritize our best interests. Channel Mortgage worked with us, listened to our concerns as first time home buyers, kept us informed and did not push us into a loan we would not have been able to afford. At no fault of Channel Mortgage, the first home we tried to purchase did not work out. Channel Mortgage continued to work with us and waited patiently while we tried to find another home to purchase. Once we found a new property, Prakash and the team helped us secure a new loan. I am forever grateful to Channel Mortgage as my dreams of homeownership have finally come true.
