      Very big and spacious branch. Friendly staff, as I entered the branch, I was greeted by the branch manager, Philip. He was very engaging and directed me to the convenience of their ATM to avoid waiting in line. Although the teller line moved fairly quickly, I decided to do my banking at the ATM with Philip’s assistance. After I finished conducting my deposit at the ATM, Philip assisted me with my online banking help. I really appreciated the interaction and the attention I received from him and will continue to do my banking at this TD location.

      The staff are very accommodating. I was greeted immediately and directed to the person who can help me with my banking needs. The bank s spacious, clean and staff are great!

      Well run bank. Considerate employees. The location has two ATMs. They have 2 drive through lanes that go directly to a teller inside the Bank. I would like for the Bank to install an outside Automated Teller Machine ATM like 80th Street and Metropolitan Avenue.

      The worst TD Bank I’ve ever been to. I am forced to come here because I live close, but I’d rather spend more time getting to another location. They don’t respect you and your time. Worst staff ever. Not only they charge you $10 fee for cashing your check, which I’m willing to pay because I’m not able to have an account there, they didn’t accept my two forms of ID, which were accepted before without an issue. Now I have to spend extra time getting to a different TD Bank location to cash my check with no issues.

      One of the worst banks iv ever been to. ATM never works, always crowded, rude employees, understaffed. Homeless people sleeping by ATM. On top on it all good luck finding a day when their systems aren't down.

      I am an international visitor in this country. I’ve my legal paperwork as it’s supposed to be. I received a check and wanted to cash it. I presented all my documents, the first time but one picture ID was expired it took me 40 minutes on line the first time. I understood and appreciated the service safety so I went back home brought my ID (not expired) and still received attitude and waited 45 more minutes on line. Both representatives were not polite, at the end she said there was a $10 fee for not having an account there and I affirmed that I would never had an account there and happily paid the fee. Not recommended at all. Terrible customer service.

      I went to the TD bank in the 78-01 queens Blvd and there the staffs were very rude and lazy not helpful at all but they have lots of attitude. So I went to different location TD the grand ave one and Mr Christian was very helpful and very quick with his work .Ms Tanny she was very warm and welcoming . They are your go to person if you need help . Thank you Ms Tanny and Mr.Christian .

      I think it’s ridiculous that you advertise that you can enter the bank until 4:00pm and drive through 6:00pm. I got there at 3:00pm and was told to use the drive through window which I had to wait another 40 minutes. There was two people in front of me one cashier serving people on line and customers in cars. Why can’t the bank put up partition like stores and pharmacies. This is very poor service.

      No disinfection after customer interaction You can see fingerprints all over the glass doors. Not safe to come here. Only thing they tell you is to wait outside because of COVID-19. But are not taking other safety measures. It’s the management that has to be improved at this place. Please AVOID THIS PLACE. This is not about the representative. Representative that assisted me was very knowledgeable and helped with with all my questions and concerns. Thanks Cristian for your help.
