  Jennifer is really professional and knowledgeable about home mortgage loans. When ever I had a question and didn't understand a step in the process I would call her and she would get back to me quickly. I appreciated her guidance and help along the way to getting my dream home I have lived in for the past 3 years. She is awesome at her job and a great friend that I made as well.   Doing our mortgage through Jennifer was simply one of the best decisions we made during our home buying process. She is a dedicated operative who will absolutely go to bat for you every step of the way. Mortgages can be an opaque and sometimes complex process but Jennifer was very good at clearly and patiently answering our mountain of questions as nervous first time buyers. She was very responsive (too responsive!!! we absolutely didn't need our random Sunday text questions answered within 10 mins on Sunday), ready for final close of escrow within a record 18 days and generally just an absolute treat to work with. The bottom line is that Jennifer is clearly passionate about what she does and this really translates into a superior service and a relaxing and happy experience. Take it from a difficult to please type A sceptic, PICK JENNIFER!!!
