  Don’t expect for them to answer their phone. We called in multiple times over two weeks at different times to try and ask a simple question and request an easy action. Eventually we came in and were told that we had to schedule an appointment! Something that could have been easily handled over the phone. For people who have busy schedules it’s best to either fiddle with the app or going to another branch than coming here. I didn’t know there was an appointment option on the app but they could have told me if they answered.

  Went in and asked for the most recent statement on my Chase credit card. The teller was incredibly confused by the request and couldn't find anything. Her response to the issue wasn't requesting help from an ABM (teller manager) or a banker or anyone else. She just looked at us dumbfounded. We literally drive to San Ramon to avoid this branch as this wasn't the first time they have been stumped by simple requests.

  First, I really like the Chase technology and the fact that I can almost always find a branch in most cities, but... I opened my business accounts at this branch and lately the service has been frustrating at best. It's absolutely impossible to make an appointment online or by phone. I have had to take time away from my business to go down to the branch to make an appointment to come back to the branch to ask someone a simple question that would have taken 2 minutes by phone or 30 seconds by email (for things business banking services by phone had told me can only be handled at the branch level). To add to the frustration, the name on my business card has been ordered wrong TWICE, yet no one is willing to handle it at the branch level without me coming down to the branch AGAIN to explain to them how to do something I consider to be painfully simple.

  This is BY FAR the worst chase bank I have EVER been to. People are rude every single time and then make every transaction extremely inconvenient. When you bank it should not be like that especially when it’s something simple like a deposit. My best advice to everybody is don’t ever go to the bank. Best thing I could’ve ever done was close my account and go to the credit union. Just remember you’re only a number to them. Nothing more.

  I love this Chase! Everyone is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I am always greeted as I enter the bank and asked what I need help with. The line always moves quickly. One banker helped me set up Google Pay, which I had always been hesitant to use, but I'm happy that we did because it has come in handy so many times! Another banker helped me by showing me the ATM within the bank that dispenses all kinds of change, so I didn't need to wait in line to get the singles that I needed. Chase bank has been the best bank I've been with and this branch is by far one of the best I've been to!

  Thank you Michelle! Five starts for you! I came here last time to ask for help my credit card issue. Michelle was very friendly, patient and responsible to take care of my issue. She also told me to make sure my issue would be followed by her and she would call me the later dates to update my case. Today I got my issue fixed and I am very impressed by her professional service as well as her kind attitude. Thank you!

  This is not a review of this specific Chase branch, but an overall alert to this company. Did you know that JP Morgan Chase is the world’s biggest funder of the fossil fuel industry? Since the 2016 Paris Climate Accord, Chase has poured $268 billion into the industry. I regret to admit that we once had a mortgage with them. Won't be doing business there anymore. Put your money elsewhere if you don't want to support the fossil fuel industry and if you want to help fight climate change. I suggest Bank of the West or a credit union.

  The tellers, personal account representative and financial representative are all very professional and personable. Chase personnel who I have dealt with directly are Rolando for new accounts safe deposit boxes etc, Donald in finances/investments and Naveen for business accounts, notaries and medallion stamps. My Chase team ROCKS!!!

  The Worst Bank!!! There rules on making a deposit is Awful! I have an student in school who needs money for school! I went in to deposit money in there account! I'm there mom! I have the same address , there account number and I D! They won't let me depositany money, because it's not my account!!!! My student needs money to buy books,food, rent!!! All I wanted to put in is $100.00 dollars!!! I was treated like a criminal!!! I was not allowed to deposit in there account!!!!! I was told no!!! I will have to put my name on the account from now on!!!! But I'm moving to another Bank!!! I have other accounts at two other Banks, they let me deposit in my kids account for school! It isn't large sums of money either!!!!! HEADs UP! go to Another Bank!!!!! Otherwise your student won't get what they need!!! Forget Chase!!!! There answer is Sorry!!!! Well sorry isn't an answer! To fix the problem!!!! So I'm driving, in this rainy day to take the student the money!! Geez really!!!' There the only Bank doing this! B of A doesn't do this,neither does Wells Fargo or Mechanics Bank!!! I will Never go to Chase Bank again!!!!! A waste of time!!!!!

  Usually a excellent bank, but there customer service in here when it's slow is horrible! Just because there 4 people in line does not mean you should only have one window open!!
