Bret helped us get started by providing a cost breakdown of the mortgage and what our price range was with the current interest rates. This helped us stay on track while shopping for a home.   I highly recommend M Monterrosa and her team. We had submitted an offer on 1/9/22 and it was accepted. Melanie and her team worked so hard on the escrow, it took them 13 business days when I was signing docs! The transaction was as smooth as possible. Feeling so appalled how everything was handled. The best advice that I can give to any prospective buyer(s) make sure you have all your support docs organized and submitted on a timely manner so you can close on time!
