  I had the pleasure of working with Earl & Cathleen at Change mortgage. Earl took the time to advise me in how to improve my credit score in order have a “good” credit score. In about a month we increased my credit score enough to buy a house! Cathleen was amazing to work with she is very responsive when emailing her, she emailed me back in 2 minutes. She brought a lot of energy to her work, and kept a good momentum during a stressful experience of buying a home. What can I say. This was seamless transaction that closed in 19 days with one holiday in there. I highly recommend Change mortgage!

  Travis and his team were absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond especially Travis. He was available almost 24/7 and had our best interest in mind. We originally were with a different lender applying but their customer service was not working for us. Travis stepped in and didn’t skip a step and worked to get us approved for a better loan that worked for us. This was so incredibly smooth and we are first time homebuyers. I recommend Travis and his group for your home buying needs!

  We had a great experience with Todd and his staff! Very personable, extremely knowledgeable and very responsive. We were told a year ago that due to a lien on our property we could not go forward with a refi. Todd had us closed within 1 month! The only issue we had was some software glitches on their part, but it didn't effect the process. Overall, we would definitely use Change Mortgage again.

  Earl is the best in the business! Not only was he able to successfully close a very difficult refinance, but he is also extremely knowledgeable of mortgage guidelines and has a great realtionship with title and appraisal vendors which really helped with expediting our loan. If you want a loan that is specifically tailored to your situation, with an extremely professional mortgage broker Earl is your guy. I plan on using Earl for my entire single family real estate portfolio from now on. 10 out of 10 definitely recommended!
