  Working with Ken Perigo at Churchill Mortgage was fantastic! This is my husband and my, first home and the seller's agent was difficult, to say the least. It was not a smooth transaction (again, that pesky seller's agent) but Ken handled it well and helped us through everything. He was very responsive, answered all our questions and I felt like I had his undivided attention. I never questioned that he had our best financial interests in mind every step of the way. Buying your first home can be nerve wracking. Especially when issues arise. I'm very thankful that my real estate agent and Ken were there supporting us through it all!

  As a realtor in this crazy market I can't express to Buyers how important having the RIGHT lender on your side. Multiple offer scenarios have become the norm, and with tons of folks fighting to win the same property it is imperative to have a solid pre-approval... and I have experienced at least a dozen transactions with this team and have consistently had great success. Their approvals are rock-solid and you can absolutely guarantee the close each and every time... but what about service...? Chris Knouff and the rest of the team here hit it out of the park. They know how important speed/timeliness are in this crazy market, and I know that when we are at the 11th hour making an offer that I can hop on the phone and get the service I need to make a deal happen. I literally called Chris on Sunday during the heatwave with no notice because I needed a PA letter to win a home for a client in a competitive situation. Chris was on it in 15 minutes (I actually caught him out on the river with his family!!!) and he got me the PA letter and we won the home for our clients. His timeliness made all the difference. If you are Buyer and shopping lenders I couldn't recommend Churchhill more. There are so many options out there, and oftentimes folks gravitate towards the flashy online "quick" preapprovals, but if you want the entire package, this is your team. Hands down.
