In both situations, other lenders were difficult to deal with and generally unhelpful, but Kahren's knowledge and diligence made the process as quick and painless as possible.   Katy has helped my husband and I both purchase and refinance our home. She was able to not only get us into a mortgage the first time when everyone else told us it was not possible. She went the extra mile for a very unique situation. I swore at that time we would never refinance because we have no intention of moving and had a great rate to begin with. However, we just finished our refi with her at a JAWDROPPING rate. I highly recommend!

  I met Kahren about 7 years ago when we bought a house and moved to Portland. She was the easiest person to talk to while we were relocating and made me feel like I had a great support system in place here in Oregon. Since then, we have refinanced through her and now we just bought a new home. Every time I've worked with her has been a joy. She is so positive, it's like a ray of sunshine during a stressful time.
