  I’d obviously leave no stars if it was an option. This agency reached out to me unsolicited last May offering home owners insurance that was a better value than my current policy. They processed the new policy over the phone and advised that they would cancel my current policy for me and notify the bank to send escrow insurance funds to them. In July I was notified that they had not done anything they had stated. I spoke to them again and they promised to correct situation. They still didn’t and now I find a collection account on my credit report for the an “unpaid” Allstate policy that was never in effect. In speaking to the agent just now, I see why nothing was done. She clearly doesn’t have the skill set to operate this agency. She blamed me for not contacting her earlier. Avoid like the plague. Follow Up: I see that Ms Schmidt is staying true to form with her libelous response. I invite her to publicly post the non existent evidence of contacts she claims to have had. As for "threats" I advised that I had filed a claim with State Insurance regulators and would be posting reviews regarding this online. After reading her response, please ask yourself if there isn't a better choice for your insurance needs.

  Chris, we pride ourselves on giving exceptional customer service. However, any threats or aggressive behavior (as you showed early today) directed towards me and, more importantly, my staff will not be tolerated. My team works very hard to keep our clients happy; I think you can see that in many reviews below. Another great thing about our office is that we record all of our calls and take A LOT of notes. If a mistake was made, it is easy for us to review and correct what went wrong. In your situation, we found that multiple calls had been made to you regarding your policy’s status and that we needed the updated mortgage information. You received numerous calls before the policy was canceled and a call after the cancelation happened, giving you a heads up that we would need to rewrite the coverage. Maybe you were avoiding our calls....like the plague?

  I was with other insurance companies that only rate you by your credit. But my credit is not driving my truck i am Allstate rate you mostly by your driving. And it shows they pay you for your good driving and covers you more for less!!!! thank you Kelly Schmidt for taking care of my insurance needs. Thank you

  My Esperance with Allstate Insurance has been real good. I do wish they would go over the expenses'. I know that I will have to find another place for our renters ins. When we had a loss the Person that handled our case would not listen to us. we did not get enough monies to cover even a quarter of our loss. I was real disappointing.

  Working with Keely was a great experience, she was very professional and responsive. Keely was able to save me at least 25% from my previous insurance company, the transition went very smoothly was well worth time spent, which was minimal.

  I called Sara to get a quote on renters + two vehicles and she was amazing! She is an absolute professional who is also incredibly hilarious which was completely unexpected. You don’t typically call an insurance company and feel like your talking with your best friend on the phone but this agent is on point with her knowledge of the industry complete with wits and compassion. I walked away with a great deal and developed a solid relationship with a smart and savvy insurance professional who has my family’s best interests in mind. ⭐️10/10 would recommend.⭐️

  Can’t say enough wonderful things about the experience, which by all accounts should have been a way more stressful experience, but it was a... great experience instead! I felt 100% supported, it was explained to me that’s exactly why Allstate is there for times like this, and I certainly felt like far less of a bad home owner when staff even shared their similar disasters to remind me I’m just a human like everyone else. This office, and even broader still, the national account rep assigned to my case, were all just incredible in their support of my situation and full understanding of the extra stressors like dealing with bad contractors, helping us level set on processes and outcomes, and making sure we had the funding to get across the finish line. My loyalty has definitely been established.

  We switched our Homeowner's policy to Keely and Allstate last November and unfortunately had to file a claim two months later. Keely and her staff immediately took care of the restoration company as well as the contractor. Our experience was great with Keely as well as the companies she works with. Highly recommend.

  Finally an agency where the people are more impressive than the business they represent. couldn’t be happier with the service, the customer relationship, and the policies I chose. Keely and her staff are as professional as you can get. I would recommend them to anybody looking for insurance of any type.
