  Chad and Eric were a dream team to work with! They will always look for the best deal and do everything in their power to find the best loan for you. They remain efficient and honest during the whole process, which is actually super short as they were extremely quick to close. We started with Chad over 7 years ago when we purchased our home and have now used him for our refinancing. Don’t look anywhere else, these guys will take take of you.

  Chad and his team are fantastic! Shelby was always available to take my calls and would easily answer my questions. Christina made the process smooth and easy to follow. Then there is Chad...what can be said about Chad...he is amazing. He is very down to earth person that is easy to talk to, but he knows how to get the job done. He offered advice and supported me through issues that I had with another company, which were completely unrelated to his process. He worked outside the realm of his job description to help me. This is something that I don't see very often these days. I can, without reservation, recommend Chad and his team to help anyone through the mortgage process.

  Chad and his team are miracle workers! Working with Chad was an incredibly positive experience. He is very knowledgeable, honest, a great listener, and gets things done fast and professionally. As a first-time buyer, I was anxious and stressed, not really knowing what I was getting myself into and asking a million questions! Chad guided me through all my options, put my mind at ease, and went out of his way to answer all my questions and concerns.   Completed our second transaction with David in July 2017 in Sacramento, CA. In a nutshell: David has been mistake-free, patient, clear, prompt, easy to reach and easy communicate with. David handled our initial loan, and then 3 years later he worked on our refinance. We had a great experience and benefitted from his experience and input during our many questions regarding what the best option was for us in our circumstance.   We challenged David King (no relation) to close our home purchase In less than three weeks. David was efficient, communicated regularly with everyone involved, and helped us arrive at a position to close ahead of schedule. I especially appreciated David's "Weekend Update", wherein he communicated the status of the transaction to the entire team (agent, title, etc.) each Friday afternoon. David King is a consummate professional and you can be sure that he will handle your transaction with the utmost care, competence and consideration.

  Jon Dobbel and his team at Summit Funding in Elk Grove are amazing. I've had the great pleasure to work with this team for 2 home purchases and when the rates dropped a refinance.
