  Pete was lovely to work with! He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and a great guide in this process. Pete made everything go very smoothly and kept us informed and engaged every step of the way.   Absolutely ridiculous way of conducting an open house. Made everybody line up outside in 30 degree weather while only letting in 1 family at a time and refused to let others even wait inside. I'd advise potential buyers to go to a realtor that actually cares about their customers

  Hi Mike, Posting the image of the property does not help me look into the issue. At this point I can't identity that this was a property that our company was holding an open to the public. Please give me an address or I will have to assume you have the incorrectly posted your displeasure with our company. That being said open houses pose a security risk these days for all parties. We attempt to have ample help at these events to accommodate all visitors. If too many visitors arrive at the same time we have no choice but to delay entry. Of course we can not control the weather but cold weather was in the forecast. Open houses are held as a informal way for potential home buyers to view our listed properties. We offer private showings to all our buyer clients that we represent. That will eliminate the long lines or waits many are experiencing this spring at public open houses. Hi Mike.   My wife and I purchased two homes and sold a home. For all three transactions, our agent was Bill Nolan. Bill is a great real estate agent. He's an expert and a true professional who looked out for our best interests at all times. Bill is someone you can trust. If we ever need another home, he's the man we're going to call. In fact, we found the entire office to be helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable.

  My family and I have used Cenia Beltre for several sales and purchases over the last 8 years. I never recommend anyone else. She handles each transaction with absolute professionalism. At one point, I was in the middle of a tense divorce and Cenia was always fair, honest and remained neutral and calm. The was patient with me and my indecision while we looked at nearly 60 houses! Besides being a wonderful Realtor, she has become a good friend and I feel lucky to have made that 1st phone call to her. You cannot go wrong with Cenia!!!

  Purchased quite a few properties in the past year (2 properties through Sylvia Geist) and I must say: both times my realtors here were extremely dishonest. I can only say I warn you of Nazar Bas as he will pretend to truly accomodate you with and it will seem genuine. However, Mr Bas unfortunately only cares about making the sale. I would be very cautious dealing with the realtors as buying a home is a very tedious task; Mr Bas is not cut out to be dilligent in that process.

  I've bought and sold a number of homes over the past 10 years and can say that Pete was the best agent I have ever dealt with it. He was always available, responsive, and just a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Pete and his agency to anyone that needs to sell or buy a home.

  I purchased home in Belleville with the advise and help from Dil Shrestha,(agent of Century 21Sylvia Geist Agency). he is very knowledgeable, friendly and good adviser for new home buyers. He help me to find house, arrange all the paper works, inspection and whole 9 yard. He did not only help to buy house after i move, he help me so many other things. This is the 1st home buying but i didn't even feel like the 1st time buying. I really appreciate for all his help, I already recommend my friend to him and I always recommend my friends and family to him for buying home.   I wish I could give this 0 starts but thats unfortunately not an option. Peter McDonnell is the most disrespectful person I have ever spoken to. I tried contacting him through email, I never got a response. I tried contacting him through his cellphone number and I even left a voicemail, I never got a response. I then called him throughout the week in hopes that he would do his job and pick up the phone but again no response. I then called him again sporadically at the end of the week and he finally picked up his phone. As a potential client after trying to contact him for a whole week, when he answered the phone I was not expecting to get cut off and yelled at and disrespected for trying to contact him for a whole week. He did not even let me speak and explain myself, instead he rudely hung up on me. It was completely unprofessional, I'm disgusted with his response, I would not recommend anyone to him is extremely rude. I should not have to contact someone for a whole week to hear back from them. I am very disappointed with his communication skills and lack of respect. AVOID PETER MCDONNELL AT ALL COSTS!!

  Hi Nicole. We are sorry to learn you had a bad experience but I must say what you describe can not be the Peter McDonnell that represents our company. Everything to state is exactly the opposite of who Pete is and how he runs his business. I spoke with Pete and he has no idea who you are. I'm the business owner and Broker of Record. Pete has been with us for about 20 years and no one has every logged a complaint about him. You must be mistaken and have contacted a different Pete. Of course it you have any proof of the conduct I would like to have that. Please email me a dated email you say you sent to Pete and I will look into your claim further.
