  My card had weird transactions on my statements and Cristina was able to help me figure it out in such a fast and efficient way. You could tell how knowledgeable she is in the banking business. And she was super nice and patient! Thank you Cristina!!!

  My rating goes 5 stars for Mat S who's desk was in the front of the bank. I walked in and immediately he created me. I needed a new debit card immediately so I could have access to my account while driving cross country. Even though I was told over the phone that it would be complicated to get me a new card in person, Mat exceeded my expectations when I walked in. It took all of 5 minutes. Thank you!!!!

  Definitely don't recommend chase. PNC is much better. The indoor atm was not working. There was a long line for the drive-thru atm. I will be closing my account as soon as possible

  Nile Franklin is the best, professional, super efficient and courteous. We went to upgrade one account, ended up getting to additional credit cards for my kids.

  Tried to open a business account with Suk Wan Tse. After 3 trips to the bank to resign paper work, we received a call asking us to come in for a fourth time because they needed another signature. My fourth visit there was to withdraw the money and close the account. The worse banking experience ever.

  I closed out an account with less than $500 in it. The bank is so inefficient- I’ve been here for an hour and a half and they can’t just cut me a check. I’ve been thinking about changing over to Chase bank for a while but maybe I should reconsider.

  This bank staff name Pavel stuchnisky is the worst n banker at chase bank was super worst n not helpful n he was rude n being racist. He was not attentive n he was being nice with other customers which I saw it clearly. This is not good.! Very disappointing. I would suggest not to go this location bcoz they r not capable to help u. Not worth it. Pavel was the worst staff. He has some issues m. 👎🏼👎🏼
