  I have been cleaning out the house of a relative that passed away and I made several trips to Barry's to determine if there was any value to the items I had found. Every visit was a pleasant experience ... friendly, helpful, honest and very fair in the transactions. I would have thought they would be tired of seeing me but I got a very pleasant welcome each time I arrived. I very highly recommend them!

  I had never been to a “pawn” shop before. I had no idea what to expect and if what I had to sell was junk. I was slightly nervous just not knowing. I got to Barry’s at 5:30 pm on Friday afternoon. They closed at 6! Thought they would turn me away seeing my little baggie of items and being so close to closing time. Walked in, and felt super comfortable as I was directed to come in and have a seat. Lloyd was my experienced jewelry expert who helped me. I can’t say one bad thing about him. He carried on a conversation as I watched him check each piece of jewelry in front of me. He was honest, personable and very patient with my stupid questions. He was respectful and funny all while doing his job. Friday night I’m sure he wanted to get home. He did not act rushed to get done with me. Thank you Lloyd. I will be back!!! Even if it’s just to say “Hey!” Anyone in the area looking for a great jeweler, Lloyd is the guy!!! Very knowledgeable and very patient! Even late on a Friday!!! Thank you!!!

  I brought in my watches to replace the batteries and to get my engagement and wedding rings resized. They went above and beyond and got it done right away. I didn’t have to come back since it only took half an hour to finish on site. The service was very professional and it was a pleasure to come here. I’m very happy I found this place and would definitely come back.
