  I went to deposit checks in to a business account was the first time to go to that place in East Brunswick ! The lady who took care of me she didn’t try to help she was annoying because the checks was not passed to a business was passed to cash ! I wanted to deposit to Business account and she want to deposit in my personal account ! I am Bank of America customer for over 10 years I never was treated like i was today! Will never go to that place again!

  My husband and I were very satisfied with Maivel! She was so efficient in answering all our questions and truly made our experience there pleasant! She guided my husband in making the right choices for his credit increase and was truly patient with him! We will definitely be using her again with any of our financial concerns! Bank of America is lucky to have her !!! thank you again!

  I did a same day wire transfer at the East Brunswick, NJ branch yesterday and for some reason it bounced back. I have tried numerous times to call the branch today so they can clarify what happened, and keep getting a message that they are busy with other customers, and since I left for an overseas trip I am not able to go to the brach, when I call their customer support, I get the same number that I have been calling and on it goes.....

  Great bank all around. Especially this location. Great customer service. They are always friendly and speedy. Special thanks to Gladys. I went in today with a problem and sat down with her. She remembered sitting with me about 1 year ago. When she said that then I remembered how kind and helpful she was then. Well today as well she was extremely helpful. She fixed my problem and she shows she really cares about her job and the customers. Excellent job Gladys. I hope you are appreciated and valued at your job because you deserve to be.

  I was having a problem getting in touch with the East Brunswick NJ location, I received a call from a representative from Bank of America to resolve my issue, very pleased with results.

  My debit card was stuck in ATM and I spent 45 minutes on the phone last night. This am when I called to inquire, customer service was unapologetic and showed no concern. Santiago was his name. Apologies and reassurance is what’s needed. I will never use East Brunswick bank again.

  For me is one of the best banks in America 🇺🇸. We have mortgage with them and bank accounts. Is our bank for years and I will not change because the experience is amazing. We did two refinances and it was fast. Great people, Very professional. Definitely recommend. Thanks! 👍🏻

  HORRIBLE HOURS OF OPERATION. IN THIS DAY AND AGE WITH A LOT OF OTHER BANKS STAYING OPEN LONGER AND INCLUDE SATURDAY AND SUNDAY HOURS TO ACCOMMODATE "WORKING" PEOPLE, BANK OF AMERICA GETS A HUGE FAIL. THEY ARE VERY INCONVENIENT AND UNACCOMMODATING IN THAT RESPECT. I'LL BE FINDING A NEW BANK ON MONDAY!

  Came in to get notary service. With no line it took over 40 minutes wait time. Poor customer service on every occasion. Go to Spotswood branch.
