  I received a call from Matt Johnson today. I do not welcome calls from collection agencies for how they can treat people, however, Matt handled this call very professional. He was nice, considerate and willing to listen. He expressed wanting to help in any way that he can. This has never been my experience with a collection agency. This is one of the good ones. Thank you Matt!

  Dealing with Mr. Curious George himself was a pleasure! I can admit I wasn’t a happy camper and took my anger out on him in the beginning but he was patient and kind which I am thankful for! He helped me get what I needed taken care of in a timely manner and now I am back on the right track thanks to him!

  I'm unbelievably upset this morning I wake up to find out Central Portfolio Control debited my debit card for $250 without my permission I NEVER GAVE AUTHORIZATION to auto debit!! The last conversation I had with the Caribbean lady "Theresa Samuels" was 2 weeks ago I said to her "my mother was in a very bad car accident I don't have the money today but I will call in to pay in 2 weeks on 12/31/21 and she agreed. I don't have a problem paying what I owe but she took it upon herself to steal my money out of my account as soon as it had posted to my account from my employer, while other bills posting and it nearly caused and overdraft. I called her immediately she tried to disguise her voice and lied and said I spoke to someone else about making arrangements. This lady is insane I know your voice she was talking over me I had to let her know that she was crossing the line being mean and unprofessional and she was not practicing the FDCPA Act by Congress she was so rude and out of order i definitely requested a manager I explained to Danna the (Team Lead) this was harrassment and unjustified behavior and I'm not taking this lightly at all I explained I'm satisfied the debt is settled but how it all went down could have made things on my end worse...
