      This is a great organization to talk with if you are looking to buy or refinance a home. I have talked with the many times over the years for both situations. From what I understand, they are brokers and also bankers...meaning that they can shop the mortgage around to multiple banks and possibly fund it themselves if needed. Over the years, I have worked with Anthony, Jason, and Mike B on loans and they were all super professional and met all of my expectations. The rates that they showed me (and the costs) were really low because they could shop it around. Their location is close to downtown SLO with parking on site and a comfortable office. I think that they have branches in other cities around SLO County...but haven't been in these other locations.

      Working with Central Coast Lending was a very positive experience, they were able to easily handle a ReFi that had a couple of curves. Everything from accepting documents on-line to making arrangements to closing the deal while were were vacationing out of state. In the end we got a very good rate and a very pleasant experience.
