  Poorly managed branch. This branch has gone down hill. I am also surprised to see such a poor dress code by employees including the branch service manager who was not in appropriate business attire. I might be part of the older generation but I do believe employees should dress appropriately.

  Oh no! We are sorry you were not happy with your experience. Did you intend to post this to the San Luis Obispo Branch page or one of our other branches? (SLO has just recently opened, so we hope it hasn't gone down hill already!). We do encourage "Jeans Fridays" for our staff - where they are allowed to wear jeans with logo attire. We find that it fosters a sense of community and boosts morale. However, we expect our employees to maintain a professional demeanor, even when dressed casually.   The loans/credit department clearly showed they're not able to read a tax return. I wouldn't feel safe keeping my money in this bank.

  Customer service has dwindled at this location. A lot of staff turnover as well.
