  We just went through the process of a home refinance with Sam Cotton. This was the smoothest most non-stressful financial experience ever! Not only is Sam prompt & professional, but he's also very relaxed and comforting when concerns arose. Also, everyone on Sam's team was patient and understanding since they had done this numerous times and we had not. I would strongly recommend San Cotton at The Mortgage House the next time you need to refinance or to make a large purchase!

  Rick Brause and the rest of the team at The Mortgage House were great to work with. They are friendly and communicative. They kept us up to date about what was going on and explained every change and issue that needed to be addressed as we went through the process. And I rarely had to ask about anything - Rick or one of the other members of the team would contact me with answers even before I had questions. We can highly recommend The Mortgage House!

  I have refinanced my property with Mary Trudeau many times over 18 years and it is always an easy and very profitable experience!!!!!!!   Worked with Sam Cotton for our home purchase. Sam made the whole process easy by keeping us informed every step of the way and making all the paperwork as easy as possible, lenders do require a mountain of information. In addition he is a delightful person to talk to on the phone. If you need a mortgage, call Sam.

  Sam Cotton was FANTASTIC! Sam went beyond the normal to help me refinance. I knew going into my refi that it would take a special person to make it work. Someone who would think rather than just check the boxes. Sam did just that. He was knowledgeable, patient and kind throughout my challenging refi. He replied extremely quickly to the tons of emails I sent him and he always answered his phone. He never made me feel like a pest. I highly recommend Sam. I would use him again and again with confidence. PS...Sam gave much praise to his processor Lisa. Great team!

  Sam got me a great rate on my 30-year fixed home loan, 3.125 percent, and navigated all of the lender asks in the process with me via text and email. and always answered my questions via text or by picking up his phone. I recommend the Mortgage House because Sam and his team member Lisa did a great job for me.
