      Plan to wait in line at least 45 min no matter when you go there. 4 windows but only 2 tellers. And the guy on the right has been staring at his computer now for 15 min, so actually one one teller working. The line has been out the door the entire lunch hour. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST

      The woman that helped me set up a complicated bank account put all of her effort and resources into it, and really made it a great process. I was worried going in that it would be the opposite experience based on other reviews. She spent all the time that I needed to get it done right. She was nice, informed and used all of her resources. Also, the line on a Saturday morning had at max 5 people in it, and most of the time it didn't have anyone in line. I was there for over 2 hours, so I saw a decent amount of traffic. I'm sure during normal rush times it's a different experience, but just know that it is not ALWAYS a long wait line.

      A customer can't speak to an employee other than a teller without an appointment which you have to make online. The tellers can't answer most of my questions. This is ridiculous. Many of the cubicles in which these employees sit are EMPTY; the bank should hire someone to be available for customers' questions! Also most of the employees don't look happy to be there. I can't wait for my loan to be paid off (3 more years) so I can go with a bank that is customer friendly.

      My husband and I have been customers for over 32years. He recently passed away, so Bank Of America locked me out of the one account my name was not on. It’s been 3 months and I still can’t get access to this account even though I’ve provided them with the proper paperwork. 3 months !! It’s outrageous and unlawful.

      I'm sorry to see so many of the old branches closing over the past decade. It's nice to know you can still go in and speak to a bank teller at this San Luis Obispo location.

      Nothing wrong here but I do admit the 4 stars are only because the bank hours don't work with my schedule and there is no outside ATM like in other banks. Would give them 5 stars if they offered Saturday hours or at least have an atm outside of the building for customers that cannot make it before the 4pm closing time.

      Overall, terrible service; never answer the phone, impossibly long lines for 1-2 tellers, while other employees sit around. Nobody jumps in to improve customer experience. One friend dropped BofA due to bank's poor behavior.

      Abyssal wait times if you ever have to actually see a teller and not use the ATM; 30+ minute wait every time, business hours are a joke. Between this and branch closures, the writing is on the wall, BOFA is letting this market rot on the vine.

      Jaqueline earned the 5 stars today. This institution earned 0. Jaqueline Delgado is a good example of what we are capable of when we dont do our jobs out of obligation but for love. The other 3 bank of America employees should be disgusted and ashamed of themselves. Jaqueline was aware and recognized that someone in her path very clearly and desperately needed help she stood and delivered. Thank you Jacky and yes, western union was able to get me the balance out of my account. Jaqueline should drop bank of America like the hot wet bag of garbage that it is! Jaqueline Delgado has bigger and better things awaiting her in her life than Bank of (not so) America!!
