  I can't say enough about how impressed I was while setting up my new account today. A lovely women named Jordan greeted me and my fiancé right away, was so polite and friendly, and she was super knowledgeable. She was able to assist me quickly, and took her time to walk me through everything even though I kept them past their closing time. Her manager Jake was also kind and helpful, and you could see the team work. Being a manager in sales/customer experience role I know how important it is to treat every customer that comes in with the best experience, and that is what I experienced. I would recommend this location to anyone.

  Service is AMAZING!!!! I was worried about transferring banks after 20 years but Central Bank is incredible. Johann has been nothing but AMAZING! Glad I bank here!

  I Have been a member of the Central bank family for 10 years and I love the service and mostly the staff . Scott at my branch in Overland Park is my favorite and I consider him my bank representative. He always is so helpful and really cares about me and my business . Thank you Scott !!!!

  I have only had great experiences at this branch. Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. They have a great team environment. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for great service.

  I came by here recently and this girl Lauren helped me and she was so helpful, I was really glad that it was such an easy and fast process. I don't usually do drive-thru, and their lobby is closed right now but they were really nice about it and I just needed to make a deposit, which they took care of right away. I'll probably be coming back here from now on. A lot of other banks just don't act like they care about you, but they DID.

  Used the drive thru today and was helped by Courtney. I ran out of deposit slips. She was kind enough to help me find my account information for my deposit and make me deposit slips with my account number on them for future visits. Awesome customer service and was greeted with a big smile. Keep up the great work!

  I love doing business with this bank at their 135th and 69 highway location in OP. There's nothing that's too much to ask or for them to do for you. In particular, Scott there is A+. If you're looking for a bank, this one is it.
