Went to change my name on my account. The branch lobby in Moberly by Westlakes closes at 3 PM. You would’ve thought I was asking them to pull teeth by just dropping information off for them to change my last name on my account. These people are clueless! Will be driving to the branch in Columbia as soon as I can.
