  Kristen took the time to answer all my questions. Even though I’ve been through the home purchase process a few times, I learned a lot talking to Kristen since she was sure to thoroughly answer and address all potential issues and scenarios. She was ahead of the game and well-prepared, so it was no problem for Kristen when we asked to move the closing date up a full month.

  The only thing we’d like to change about our experience with USA Mortgage, is I would love to have gotten the chance to meet with our lender face to face! My husband and I are first time home owners thanks to Kristen Harms! Kristen was incredible, working day & night to get us into the home we love! 🏡❤️

  Jeremy helped us secure our first home loan. He was very educational throughout the process. He was able to help us when everyone else told us our chances were slim.   Getting a home loan can be very stressful but Jeremy made sure everything went smoothly. He always stayed in contact with us letting us know how things were going. We aren't first time home buyers but this is the first time we didn't feel overwhelmed by the process. We highly recommend Jeremy to anyone that is looking for a home loan or even if they just have questions.

  Jeremy was the best person I could have ever asked for to walk me through my first loan. He made sure I was comfortable and understood everything before moving forward. He was available at any time of the day or night for questions or concerns! If you can't meet in person, that's okay, because he makes a personal video just for you explaining everything step by step! I definitely reccomend Jeremy for all of your loan needs. If I ever need anything in the future I will definitely ask for Jeremy again no doubt! Thanks again for all your help!
