  I cannot say enough good things about the experience we had with Leah Hardy and the folks at Century 21 McKeown & Associates. I met Leah through Redeemer Church and we met for Bible study. I immediately was drawn to her for her big heart and dedication so I knew she would be the one I would want to handle the sale of our house. She was so patient, kind and extremely helpful with all of our questions and concerns. Leah knew the market so well that she listed and sold the house at a much higher price than my husband and I expected!! At closing the entire staff at the McKeown office was professional yet made us feel like we have been friends for years!! They were attentive to our needs and made sure we did not leave until we were completely satisfied. I couldn’t be happier with the entire process.   Debbie Miller took time away from her work with other clients to show my husband and I properties for my husband’s cousins family, who were stationed in Guam with the Navy. Although our family members went through another agent during time of purchase, they did purchase the property that Debbie showed to us for them. Debbie has a heart for others and is willing to go above and beyond whatever the situation. She is professional yet very comforting and makes you feel like your her own family.

  Unbelievable how many messages you can leave for the property manager and not receive a phone call back after 2 days of just trying to get information, finally went in and she wasn’t there then the secretary proceeded to call me after I made it home to let me know she got the information I need and all I needed to do was fill out the paperwork drive all the way back make it there 5 minutes until closing when they called me 20 minutes until they closed telling me to head back up there only to be told our hours are from 8:30-5 head back up in the morning. What a joke.
