  I highly recommend Academy Bank here in Moberly, Mo. They are very friendly and helpful. Every time I come with some issues about my accounts they are there right away to assist, and help find solutions with anything and everything. Especially Cindy, Helen, Don and Jessica.   Academy Bank has always been very helpful. I set up my first ever banking account here and plan to stay as long as possible. Jessica is great and I enjoy the mobile banking she introduced me to.

  Every time I call, I get put on hold for hours. They don't know what they are doing when you tell them what you need. You can't never get ahold of anybody at your local bank. No ATM's near me, the local banks are so slow. Don't they realize that people have lives as well as them? Since they are getting paid by the hour, maybe they should be paid by how many customers they help, then they'd move.
