  Evelyn was amazing to work with! She had all my paperwork ready days before I came back in and made the whole process easy and seamless. She is also hilarious! Even though this location isn’t very close to my house I will be returning for this 5 star service. Thanks again Evelyn!!

  In all my years of banking I've never had a place more personable than the Central Bank in O'Fallon Missouri The girls treat me like I am their only customer every time I'm in there ,if I ever have any questions about anything I can call them and they will stopped what they're doing and they will help me out or answer those questions. I have nothing but good things to say about Central Bank and I recommend everyone to go there and just give them a try. Evelyn is an amazing manager,as well as all the employees are 5 stars in my book!!!

  My family has been using this bank since I was little. Everyone who works here is so friendly and eager to help. I had a name change dilemma and the ladies working were so nice and helpful. I will never bank anywhere else.

  All of the staff here are super nice and they take care of what you need quickly. Looking forward to Taylor being the new branch manager.

  The ATM is too close to drive up window. Never seen a werid set-up.

  I cannot say enough kind words about Evelyn Weaver and her staff. I am always treated with the utmost respect and the staff always welcomes me by my first name. Impressive. They definitely have a 'how can I help you' attitude. In this day and age of everyone being in such a hurry, it's nice to be treated as a customer and not an inconvenience. Evelyn will do whatever it takes. Most definitely two thumbs up to her and her entire crew.

  Been a customer for over 15 years & I have no complaints about Central Bank at all and am always referring my family & friends. Customer service is amazing. Always make you feel so welcomed!

  The entire team is exceptional - they truly care about every person who walks in the door and are very accommodating for my quirky requests. I am a 4 time stroke survivor and they are always patient :-) Love you guys!!! <3

  I have been banking here since I was 15! I’m now mid 30’s! Everyone is always so helpful and considerate! Evelyn’s been especially helpful over the years. Most recently she has been there for us when we were in Mexico and forgotten to let them know. She was quick to get everything in order so we could still get money from the atm. I didn’t have great cell service and she even texted me personally to make sure I knew everything was ready to go! I’m so glad to have a bank that truly cares about me and my family!
