      After banking with a credit union for years- we were encouraged to make the switch to Regions Bank. We had a great experience opening our accounts with Gabby Z- and the personal service we have received after has been great. Regions Bank offers additional business services that we never had before. It can be difficult changing financial institutions- learning new programs & how things work. Gabby has made it so much easier. Regions offers many locations, online banking & bill pay and drive up services. Give them a try!

      They have destroyed my trust to Regions! This location is like nowhere else in the country... yes, I do travel a lot and have relationships with several banks for 16 years period, so I know exactly what I'm talking about. All their explanations were unclear and uncertain why they can't satisfy my simple need. Barriers, fence, wall.... that was my feeling, while dealing with them. I provided government issued ID, answered all extra questions when usually have NON but my accent and long last name probably made huge difference! What a shame!!!! P.S. All other locations we ever visited provided us class A - exceptional service

      Opened new accounts and three weeks later still have not received my debit cards we ordered. Went in there and finds out they forgot to order them!! And now they want to charge me $26 to close the account. And if I don’t want to close it, I have to keep AT LEAST $50 in the account!! Save your time!

      I have been a customer here since they bought out the old bank, and I have been satisfied, however, they are failing badly with customer service now. About 3 weeks ago, I went to drop a deposit in the night drop, I had to use all of my force to get it open and I smashed a finger. No big deal, but I called to let them know about the problem, I had to hold a long time, because you have to call the national number and then they transfer you, I got a hold of the manager, told him about the problem and the fact that no supplies had been out there for months, he was unconcerned but said he would get it fixed. I said thanks and before I hung up, he thought I was gone and I heard him making fun of me for complaining, I then said loudly, you should be more concerned with fixing the problem, he realized I was still there an apologized and said he would get it fixed by the next day. Well, here we are, about 3 weeks later, went to use it last night, it is still broken, no supplied and it is filthy. NO EFFORT WAS MADE TO CORRECT THIS PROBLEM. I guess I will need to start searching for a new bank, this makes me sad.

      I have had no issues except just today. I check my bank account and I see a charge for 59.99. Curious. I did not buy anything recently for 59.99. I go online and see it says "microsoft xb" I'm guessing that means xbox. And Xbox live cost 59.99. But guess who does not and never has used Xbox live. Me. I did not purchase this. Now here is the kicker. I have a debit card saved in my Xbox so I can rent movies. I have not rented movies in so long that I have a totally different regions checking account with a totally different Debit card now days. I research and look and I see that my OLD card that was on my OLD account was charged and I never was the one in the first place to attempt to buy this. Now I have been on hold to speak with somebody for 40 minutes FOURTY MINUTES!!!!! I am writing this whole thing while STILL ON HOLD!!! I need to resolve this. I need to get this fixed. This is fraudulent. I need answers. I need my money back. This is ridiculous. Who allows an old account and an old canceled debit card to charge do my current account? Is this what regions does? Really?

      I Love my REGIONS BANK , THE WORKERSR SO RESPECTED and always help me with everything . Been banking at Regions for over 30 years . I won ,t go anywhere else ever.

      This ATM has not given me my money on two different occasions within the past 6 months. The staff is friendly but powerless to do anything for days.

      Great customer service, always an option ro speak with a live person. The bank tellers at this O'Fallon location always have a great attitude and willingness to help.

      You can no longer speak with a person. It is completely automated. Poor for customer service.
