      The guy at information was very nice and helpful! The women tellers were very monotone and a tad bit snooty by giving me looks. They need more training in the customer service aspect. I'll probably go to a different bank. I just happened to be on that side of town.

      Banked with this bank for almost 4 years and got my account closed at the end of the bank day on a Friday without future notice. There was some type of fraudulent activity on my account, I was unaware of this and was not made aware. They shut my online access down sometime Wednesday or Thursday, did not contact me until after noon FRIDAY to notify me that my account was in review for them to pinpoint what fraudulent activity was being done in my account (possibly loan companies they said?) Contacted me Friday EVENING to let me know my account was closed and I did not have time to go and open a new account or was given notice so I can cancel bill payments I had set up. I already lost access to my account at least 24-48 hours prior to them contacting me and I have a upcoming deposit that I had to scramble and find another bank to open an account with this Monday morning. Per the rep I did not have an option to open up another account with them and they left me stuck cancellinf my account when they and every other bank was closed for the day, and possibly the week.

      Bank has modern look, nestled in the lobby of a commercial skyscraper. Very professional and business-oriented bank. Lots of accommodations for business customers and located within easy access in the Clayton Business District.

      $12 to cash a check? That is rediculous! The teller (Michelle) was very rude. Told me if I opened an account I wouldn't have to pay $12. Why would I open an account with a bank that has rediculous fees? So people I write checks to such as friends and employees can pay $12 to cash them?
