Darren Harris1I was looking to buy a vehicle filled out credit application online. Online said I should have a response within 24 hours. Called the next day Couldn’t get anyone to help me. Finally got Loan officer Carlton promised to call me back same day while I was at car dealer. The next day Didn’t hear from him. Called the credit union six times to get status of approval. explained my situation and got no apologies, terrible service and no solutions. Every time I called it was excuses like the system was down couldn’t respond, or someone is out sick we are short handed he can’t get on the phone. Finally 2 days later another lady calls not Carlton. Terrible service don’t waste your time

Sherry Goldsmith1I gave County Credit Union a glowing review 8 months ago when I opened my account. I worked with Janette and she was very helpful. However, now that I have an established account it is hard to get anyone to help with anything. I called regarding an issue today, the person that answered couldn't help, I was told I was being transferred to someone that could help, I went right into voice mail. Once my loan is paid off with them, I will be going elsewhere.

Tamia Wilson1I have never had any issues with County Credit Union or the people that work there until today. Devin was incredibly rude for absolutely no reason. I submitted a payment online a few days ago and was just trying to see what was going on. Again Devin was extremely obnoxious and had a very nasty attitude when addressing my concerns. I have not had any problems with anyone else over the past 3 years except for my recent call with Devin. Perhaps he needs some training on how to effectively communicate in a professional setting so he can deliver good customer service.

She talked me through every step on the way, made sure I knew what to expect and treated me like I was family. So pleased with them!

I. Williams1CCU is not a wonderful bank- it's a terrible one. They make countless errors and when you call them on them and try to get clarity- they treat you like you're the problem.

Rose Shaw1This is the worst place to do business. It's small and you would never even know it's there. It doesn't offer any drive through banking services, and It's a total rip off. I've never seen a bank that charges it's patrends for their own bank statement, the service is the worst in the banking industry. do yourself a favor, stay clear of this credit union. It's not worth it!

DO NOT APPLY ( especially if you are AA) GOT two job offers TAKE THE OTHER JOB! Trust me almost quit my other job for nothing Jaime almost ruined my livelihood for me and my children, they finessed me into joining the team only to give my job to a person who cried everyday about how hard/bad the job and management was and get this, she got paid $5 more than me to do less! She couldn't perform as a financial service advisor so they gave her my job as a teller... yes it's true... ccu is by far the worst employer I have ever had the displeasure of working for (and I use to work in a factory). When a member calls to the credit union and wants to speak to management Jaime Meate would sit in her office and make us tell members she is unavailable and if there was a line I was offered no help but she would help the crying teller all the time. I hope this review helps you find the best employer and credit union. THEY ARE IN STRONG NEED OF A NEW ASSISTANT VICE PRESIDENT!
