  This is the best bank in the lake area. We have been banking with them since we moved to the area. Kendra Shields helped us open our account when she was located at the Walmart branch and was absolutely amazing! She still is even more amazing now. Recently we needed help with a situation that needed attention. In a very timely manner and she helped us get it done. I have no idea what we would have done with out her help. Kendra truly is a rockstar.

  One of the best banks I have worked with! Craig, Synda, and Destiny are amazing and I love going to them for all my bank needs. I know our Subway uses them as a bank also, and they are always so polite and always making me laugh or smile! Thank you guys for always being so positive and always making the experience enjoyable! Thank you for the fantastic customer service!!!!

  I have banked with Central since 2006. Retired I do almost all my banking at KK Branch. The staff is fantastic. Facility is always nice. From time to time I have needs for more than ordinary transactions. Lupe M. makes it easy and convenient. This is a great bank. Also a shout out Shawna D. Asst. Manager

  I have always had a really great experience with Central Bank, especially this location!! The staff has always came to me with a bright smiling face ready to help with anything and everything! And anytime there was a problem Craig Allen swiftly handled it and got me what I needed! Would highly recommend this branch to anyone!

  This Main branch of Central Bank of Lake of the Ozarks is conveniently located, it has a nostalgic rustic appeal for decor. The tellers at the drive up are friendly and helpful, as well as honest. I personally have been a customer there for more than 30 years. They have a lot of the same people working there for a very long time, which is nice for familiarity. All of which I can appreciate.

  Central Bank has been my bank since I first had a job. This branch in particular has always served me with some of the best service, getting me in and out of the building in a timely manner, but all the while making sure every question i have is answered in full. I would highly recommend CBOLO to anyone in the area, whether they are new to the area or have been around for years

  I love being able to stop by this Central Bank location after or before I do my Wal-Mart shopping! The staff here is always incredibly friendly and helpful. All of the branches are great, but this prevents me from having to make a second stop. If you get the chance to talk to Craig, take it. He will brighten anyone’s day.

  WORST BANK EVER! Literally have had NOTHING but problem after problem with this poor excuse of a bank. 1. They put people on a 90 day “probationary” period in which I can’t deposit checks over $500, it takes 5 days for any check to clear, and soooo many other headaches 2. I can’t deposit a check even if it’s signed over to me unless That person physically comes in to be added to your account 3. They have SO many fees that other banks I deal with do not have 4. I recently deposited a check for $650 and they cleared it as $65.. I am closing my account with them once they correct the $650 check mistake, I will be taking all my money out and paying my mortgage through US Bank. It’s been headache after headache with this bank, I have not had one pleasant money transaction since I’ve opened my account with them WORST BANK EVER 😡😤🤬👎👎
