  This Bank location is my main branch closest to my residence when it comes to doing in person banking drive thru and . Bank employees are well mannered and respectful facility in is organized and clean. Only issue is the changing of employees and not being notified of individual who was my personal contact at bank for a few years now I prefer online banking instead in person banking because of that reason. Bank overall pleased with service 4 🌟👍

  This bank and especially the employee's at the 2410 Southwest Blvd branch, are amazing. They are helpful and go above and beyond. I will never go to another bank.

  Disappointed in your policy of not exchanging cash for change unless you have an account. I understand not cashing checks without an account but a roll of quarters?? I would not open an account here.

  I'm glad that you have had good service James, but this is my opinion and I have not had good service. My husband agrees. I have not given them any reason for this type service and I was simply venting. I was seldom greeted in a professional manner and they have made mistakes with our accounts. Maybe they are old fashioned in their ways, or its a racial thing. It doesn't matter anymore. But I have had superior service at other banks. Oh, and how is my typing? Better for you? You are as uptight as they were.

  I love this small bank atmosphere. Diane helps me watch out over my Dad’s money and calls me when something looks fishy. There are a number of scams out there that prey on the elderly. It is good to have a second set of eyes helping me steer my Dad away from these.

  My family and I have been using this bank for 13 years. It is a friendly bank. Very nice people that know me by name. P.S. Bridget take some typing classes.

  They were nice enough but they didn't want to sell me a cashier's check which I thought was kind of rude.
