  They were wonderful! The teller and the rep Phil who assisted me were both kind and gave great customer service. I look forward to visiting this location for my needs again.

  You have to make an appointment with this Bank of America to see a customer representative!!! Is this a simple bank location or a doctor'soffice? Why would I have to make an appointment? Either increase your employees or open more Bank of America locations in Colorado OR close down all of them!

  CONSUMERS BEWARE: This is hands down the worst bank EVER! The employees are inept and completely emasculated without the power to correct even the most basic of problems; the managers never return calls. Not to mention, the parking at this branch SUCKS! Trust me, folks don't jump into this pool...the water was drained out a long time ago and the landing will be painful!

  This single location is the sole reason I will never bank with BOA again. I have never been treated so poorly by "professionals", I went in with my service dog and instead of being kindly greeted with smiles, I was greeted with cross eyed looks and the two men standing at the podium near the front kept whispering to each other and pointing. This was just unacceptable, it made me feel completely out of place even more than being down in Cherry Creek but unfortunately this is the only location near Denver. Way to make a Wounded Warrior feel at home. bank of america, HAHA, what a joke.

  I contacted online customer specialise for opening a minor saving account and I was directed to go to Bank of America in Fillmore from Northglenn ,when I got there it was 2 p.m. and customer assistance did not help since it was 2.00p.m. and directed us to a location in Boulder which was further than the one in Denver and when I wanted to get out of parking my ticket was not accepted by the machine and there was no one there to help me and after 15 min waiting in parking lot to get out a guy came and even though the parking for Bank of America 's customers was free for 30 min he charged me for $5 and I paid it without argument since cars were in line behind me and I was tired after 40 min driving to Denver and waiting 15 min in parking lot just to open a minor account, Why?!!?

  Worst bank ever and here are the reasons 1.try calling them and talk to a person 2.limited staff 3.no ach transfers on online business accounts 4.response time on emails too long 5.no way to set up appointment cause you can't call them directly 6 the worst for business accounts when time is of an essence 7.wait time for banker.. although they started with 35 min,it's been an hour and I'm still waiting. 8.even 1 star is way too much.

  This place is decent. I went in there to deposit a small check and they were helpful. Half the one star reviews are crap. "They don't have a branch near me? Let's rate it one star." Nexexample. We saw someone who didn't like it. Let's leave a low rating because of that

  Long lines, poor customer service. However if you use the “digital teller” option you’d beat the lines by 5-1 every time as no one really know what in world it is. Plus you can come in and see the “virtual teller” up until 10pm and well if there’s a line at 10pm than BOFA just needs to open more financial institutions

  It wasn't good. I seen a little old lady get very upset during my visit. She appently been waiting 45 mins for a banker.. So yeah it was a bad day for that little old lady i mean shes just trying get that money. Shhmeanwhile the new account set up for my girlfriend went pretty fast after thell little old lady complained about the service.
