  Ian was a lifesaver in our refi experience! My husband and I were so pleased with his professionalism and competence! We had initially started out in July with another company. This "other" company was terribly unprofessional and unorganized as they had pulled our credit and still could not seem to even get close to closing us in over three months.   Working with Ian could not have been easier. Application was the easiest and most straightforward that I’ve prepared for a refinance. If you have electronic copies of your tax records and access to your pay statements it will take just a matter of minutes. He secured the lowest rates on the market at a competitive price as well. For our next loan (although I doubt for a new rate at today’s rates) we will 100% work with Ian again.

  Ian completed a refi on my investment property. Not only was the process extremely smooth, I received cash back and saved the equivalent of 3 months of mortgage payments and reduced my payment by $200.
