  It is with great pleasure that I recommend Cedarstone Bank as my bank of choice for all of my professional as well as personal banking needs. I have banked with Cedarstone now for just over three years. I initially opened up several business accounts for all of my professional banking needs under the recommendation of several local business people whose advice I trusted. I was so quickly impressed with my overall experience with Cedarstone, that shortly after I withdrew all of my personal finances from a larger institution and made Cedarstone bank my bank of choice for all of my banking needs. All of the employees at Cedarstone Bank, whom I deal with on a daily basis, have always displayed the highest degree of integrity, responsibility, and sincerity. In addition to the overall excellence in customer service I have experienced in my banking needs, I also genuinely feel like everyone at Cedarstone has taken the initiative in trying to build a strong personal relationship with my self, my family and all of my employees. Prior to banking with Cedarstone, I did not realize that this was even possible in a banking relationship. When asked for advice from people as to whom they should bank with, I have and will continue to recommend Cedarstone Bank. It is simply the best banking experience I have ever had.

  Cedarstone is really old school banking where they call your name when you walk in the door, they consider you a friend (not a number like the bigger banks) and they will bend over backwards to help you. I highly recommend them, and i can promise you will never regret switching your banking to Cedarstone. I've been with em for over 10 years now.

  This bank treats you based on your financial situation. The branch manager , Jennifer Perry is a nightmare. Not only did she decided to close my account, she had the assistant manger do her dirty work. They volunteered to refund all the fees charged to me. Which was a lie. In the end, they kept $370 of my money . I am a combat veteran on disability through the VA. The money they took I earned by serving my country. This is wrong in so many ways. Do not bank here.

  CedarStone has provided us with the security we have always appreciated and the knowledge to better manage our personal and business finances. They have essentially helped our business be successful by providing professional guidance and information when we need it. They compete with the big guys in all of the categories you need excellence: online support, ease of transaction, and a wealth of resources. But also, they are the ones that know your name when you walk in to their branch. Proud to be a client for a decade!

  Best business banking relationship we have have in 20 years. Great Service, friendly staff, and fantastic loan products...Liked it so much I moved my personal and family accounts over...Never will go anywhere else!

  Amazing customer service!! They just unlocked their doors to let me make a deposit! No other bank would do that on a Friday evening! Can't say enough about the excellent service I have received at the Donelson branch.
