  These folks are great! Finally a bank that doesn’t take your business for granted. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. If you’re interested in being treated like a person and not just a number, this is the place. I should have moved my accounts here years ago.

  DO NOT GET A LOAN WITH LOANMART THROUGH THIS BANK. this bank is greedy, charges high interest rates and doesn’t care about getting nothing except their money . Beware . Currently getting a lawyer.

  My husband lost one of his jobs May 2020, and as a result, we were unable to make payments. I called bi-weekly for 4 months, begging for help, and was told I would get a return call. Those calls never came. I received an email in September threatening further collection actions, and I replied to the email. Spent the past 6 months going back and forth with the solar loan manager, and after many, many emails and delays on their end, FINALLY came to what I thought was a resolution January 2021. Only to find out they had charged off the loan November 2020, destroying our credit, and without notice. Do NOT EVER use this bank.

  Great bank with fast personal service. Other banks are so frustrating in that they use robots to answer the phones or they transfer your call to a distant call center where they can't help you 95% of time. CCBank always has a knowledgeable person pick up the phone who can help meet your specific needs. You never get the scripted robot voice from their employees - its always a friendly person who is working every day to earn your business. I really like the personal level of attention.

  1 star is way too high of a rating for CC Bank. I got a solar loan from CC Bank through Auric Solar (Auric has been great!) and from the get go it was a nightmare. They took way too long to process anything. I'm trying to refinance my house and because CC Bank has a lien on the home they need to sign off on staying in second position. Our loan officer/processor contacted them about information and they didn't respond and got me involved. I called several times asking and then started to look at their BBB rating and decided we'd just pay off the loan. I asked for a payoff statement and they said it would be 2-3 business days. I finally got some traction and they said I would be getting it 8 days later.

  I have been trying to get a paper statement for month. I can't tell what they are doing with my payments. Also to find out if there have been any hidden charges. It is a simple request. I don't want just am email telling me what I owe. From the responses I have read it appears that they take care of their locals not outsiders. Every loan I have ever had sent out a statement. Beware of the banking institute

  I have received awful service with my solar loan through CC Bank. I have had problems with their statements and also my interest rate. Part of their deal was interest free for one year. If I applied my federal tax refund to my loan my interest rate would be reduced from 9% to 4% if i did so within that one year period. I made a lump sum payment to CC Bank on April 25th to qualify for the rate reduction (my solar panels were installed in May), on July 18th, they still have not made any adjustment to my rate and have charged me 9% on three statements so far. Nobody at CC Bank can tell me when the adjustment will be recognized either, I have tried to obtain that information each month over the phone from them. They just tell me that my over-payments will go toward principle when my new rate is finally realized... I am in the process of transferring this loan to my personal bank.

  The worst Customer Service department for a lender I have ever experianced. As a barrower of over a 1/4 million dollars...Their solar department manager does not return E mails or phone calls for simple questions. His excuse everytime is that he was on another call. I am still waiting for a returned call from over a month ago to set up direct accout monthly billing. Very frustrating and very unprofessional.

  This is by far one of my favorite banks in Utah. I had an overdraft on one of my accounts at the bank and instead of charging me the fee they waived it and gave me a call and asked if I wanted to transfer money from my savings account to cover the charge. What great customer service, I really like knowing that they aren't just trying to nickel and dime me.

  I usually go to the Orem one but my husband took me to Provo and I can tell this location in Provo is the worst. I asked for a statement for my mom ( with my mom) and they said they can't because her manager is not there and I can check it online and bla bla bla.. ( I was talking with one lady but she had an audience next to her commenting on the case. They made me feel like I was a strange person checking on a elderly bank statements. Worst , worst ,worst.
