  As a first time homeowner, this process was nerve-wrecking because it had to go as smooth as possible. Catherine and the team at Lending Path were amazing to work with. They made sure to always be open for questions, no matter how many I had. They were sure to walk me through every step so that I had no doubt. At the most crucial part, closing time, Catherine went above and beyond to help with explaining and gathering all necessary documentation. During the biggest investment in your life, you want someone that you feel you can count on and that is what I had with Catherine. I recommend them to anyone who is purchasing or refinancing.

  We had a good experience buying our home with Catherine. She was very responsive and helpful with my incessant questions about the process. Despite building up a foundation of trust, with ongoing phone and email correspondence. She bailed last-minute and failed to attend our final closing in person, so we never actually met her, which felt kind-of weird.
