  Our experience with Matt Harbour has been World Class from day ONE! The Loan Depot website has been super easy to use and the daily updates with the to do list have been incremental in staying up to date and informed on the stages of our loan. Our refinance is going to be financially life changing for our family and I am so thankful to have shared it with Matt Harbour and his Home Depot team in Greenville, SC!!

  My experience with the home buying has been very stressful to say the least, until I met Matt. His knowledge and understanding of all my questions has been over the top!!!! Thanks Matt and loan depot!

  Worst mortgage company to work with! We were told by our attorney in Feb. 21’ when we closed on our home that we had 1 year to get our tax rate changed with the county. We did this back in the beginning of Oct 21’ and were told to send copies of this to our mortgage company. I then called loan depot in Oct. to find out how to get these new documents sent to them. I was told by whomever I spoke to that they could not take these documents and all would be fixed once the county sent a new document. We were not told this by Anderson county. I received a letter in Feb 22’ that we owe a ton of money in taxes, and they want to up our mortgage payment by $800+ monthly for a whole year. What normal person could afford this increase?! I yet again called, and was told I had been told incorrect information when I called in October. I had to upload the paperwork I was finally told. Now they’re telling me they can’t read pdf files. How is the site not compatible with pdf?! Now I have to mail these in. So who knows if it will be fixed before April when they’re expecting all this money. Then they tried to argue with me today, instead of apologizing for being a horrible company. Use any other loan company! I’m We had no issues when using Suntrust for our last home. 4/28/22 update: Still trying to get our escrow fixed with these people! We ended up over paying for April still. Anderson County reimbursed them what they overpaid for taxes already, but they have yet to properly fix our stuff. They have our taxes estimated to be $3500 higher than they actually are STILL, and are also trying to charge us a shortage that the county already paid them still. I have literally spent hours on the phone with these people. I can’t get a supervisor to call me back or talk to me when I call to get this fixed. I’m to the point where I’m about to speak with a lawyer, because no one will do anything to fix this for us.

  I had an amazing experience with Loan Depot and Kevin Cromer. Everything went smoothly and quickly and we were able to close in 20 days. Kevin was great with communication and even helped with my utilities. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly reccomend!
