  I can't say enough about the amazing experience I had working with Catalyst Lending. I just completed refi and the guys Killed with an amazing rate and super competitive terms. My Guy Alex Garza was the most helpful loan officer throughout the entire process. I can tell they have a great team that really work for you from pre-approval through until after the loan closing. I'm knew to this investing world and look forward to working with these guys and especially Alex as I start my investing career.   With interest rates at all time lows, this week I finished ReFi on 7 of my investment properties. At the onset several members of the Catalyst Funding / SNMC team set up time to better understand goals and my portfolio. Alex Garza was assigned to my case and kept things moving along over the course of several weeks. In the end the professionalism, experience and continued follow-up has solidified my preferred choice for mortgage options.
