  Love this bank! Been with them for years and they have always took care of me. Just got an auto loan today and Luis Barrera really went out of his way to assist me. Great bank with awesome customer service!

  This was my first time using this service. It was one of most satisfying experience. Ms Laura Vazquez was so professional and patient with me. She took out time to explain the different options. Then we agreed on the one that best fit my situation. I can’t thank her enough for getting me on the right path to correct my problem.   I needed assistance locating a purchase made a year ago. I had no idea the exact month, other than, it was made in 2019. I was fortunate to speak with Nereyda Lopez who went the extra mile to locate the transaction and provide the bank statement for the proof of payment. This is how you deliver excellence!   I recently became a member and have had great service from the start! I've had the pleasure of having Lamond as my go to representative and he is fantastic. Easy to talk to and easy to keep in contact whichever way you like- in person, email, and phone. When we were first opening the account, we ended up staying past closing time and I really appreciated it! In all, I was mainly interested in their auto loan rates but I'll keep using them for their other services!

  Despite a long wait time in a busy part of the day, Luis Barrera quickly and efficiently took care of my balance transfer needs. Within minutes I had received from him electronically the papers to sign that completed the transaction. Kudos to Luis!!! Thank you...

  Emily is fantastic! She’s been helping me for the past week, I had a question just about a payment for my truck and ended up getting it refinanced with an extended warranty and GAP added and my payment was still lower! As well as consolidating other debts on too a credit card with a great monthly payment! Highly recommended Emily for any kind of needs. She’s great, very hands on and definitely speaks to you as a friend which helps when talking about money. Ask for her!
