  When I come in to get something notarized I end up going somewhere else. I'm always told, she's at lunch or we have no one that can do it. A branch manager should be able to preform all duties. I will be closing all my accounts with Wells Fargo.

  I’ve been banking with Wells Fargo for years and up until recently I’ve never met someone so friendly and professional as Jordan Peterson. I had gone in to make a deposit and needed to make some information changes. From the moment I sat down and talked to Jordan, he made me feel so comfortable. I hope he stays at this branch.

  Worse experience with representatives not explaining to a customer payment process. Left me in debt with my own personal account. Contacted 6 different times and no solution! Only apologies which will not fix and bring back the loss of money I lost, due to their lack of communication. I will be happy when I'm done with Wells Fargo and never deal with them again.

  Went into this location to cash a check and Tina Tosian Who is the service manager at that branch was very helpful very professional I recommend this location to anyone that is a Wells Fargo customer I would give 100 stars if I could thank you again

  Great customer service with Mr. Andrew Garcia! My wife and I came in with 3 separate issues we needed help with. Andrew was very professional and helped us get answers to all our questions.

  Horrible Customer Service not everyone .Amrita was very unfriendly acting as if i was asking dumb questions and if i was?...smh, I'm the customer .I just don't like stuck up attitudes .I was sitting next to another banker teller she was so sweet i wished i had spoke with her,If you want to open an account or any other services I really prefer the the Wells Fargo in Clear lake they are so friendly and helpful.You'll end up leaving with a big smile that's how AWESOME they are.I really regret coming to this location or this particular bank teller Amrita
